PVC Air Hose – Wide Working Temperature Range, Long Service Life

PVC air hose is the most common and economical choice for general air transfer applications. We using black or clear PVC compound as inner tube material for high thermal stability. Featured with light weight, kink resistance and excellent flexibility, PVC air hoses are widely used in compressed air transfer, ventilation technology, pneumatic tools and so on.

Another character of PVC air hose is that it can be made into a variety of bright colors. Such as clear, red, green, blue, purple, yellow or other recognizable colors to avoid tripping on the job site.

  - Cover: high grade PVC compound.
- High pressure type
  - Explosion-proof layer: 100% virgin PVC compound.
  - Reinforcement: high tensile strength polyester yarn.
  - Middle tube: 100% virgin PVC compound.
  - Reinforcement: high tensile strength polyester yarn.
  - Cover: high grade PVC compound.
Temperature Range: -26 °C to +65 °C (-15 °F to 150 °F).
Warranty: 1 year limited warranty.

Marking: longitudinal red and blue marking yarns.
Fitting: 1/4 NPT.
Fitting Attaching Method: crimp.
Package: wrapped with plastic film, then packed with woven bag. Or packed as customers' requirement.
