Choose a Proper Air Hose According to the Material
Reinforced rubber air hose is designed for general purpose compressed air applications with oil mist resistance. It offers high pressure resistance & durability.
PVC air hose, with good flexibility & kink resistance, is ideally for general air transfer uses in ventilation technology, pneumatic tools and compressors.
Mono-extruded PU air hose is designed for compressed air delivery, especially in a harsh environment. It offers good rebound resilience and low compression set.
PU air hose offers good hydrolysis and cold resistance. It can be operated for staplers, air tools and sprayers. The working pressure can be up to 300 PSI.
Nylon air hose can keep flexible and work normally in a temperature range of -40 °C to +120°C. It is ideally for compressed air transmission in paint spraying.
Stretch hoes is ideally used as the accessory in vacuum systems. We adopt TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane) as material for higher performance.
